David Barnes did my appraisal and is totally out of line. He is out of touch with rural areas and his comps were not close to my home or comparable in size. He misrepresented my home and when challenged by the mortgage company he would not reconsider his appraisal. The median home value in my area is \$116,050 and my home would be considered one of the larger homes in the area and is in good condition and he appraised it at \$68,000.
