David was very responsive and knowledgable during the purchase of my new home. He helped me select neighborhoods, according to the list of requirements that I gave him and he kept me on track throughout the process. David went above and beyond in helping me with a complex transaction, involving the sale of my property in Hawaii, completing an Exchange and working closely with the Sellers broker in both Hawaii and Oregon. He was also good at calmly talking me off the ledge a couple of times. :) Thank you David.

Amazing experience. David is an incredibly great communicator and is always on top of things. He has gone above and beyond to serve my needs and has been steadfast in his support and guidance. We first met David when he had listed a couple of other homes on our street. We attended those open houses and were impressed with his knowledge of the area as well as the details of the homes and his professionalism. He asked for honest feedback on those homes during the open houses and we gave it to him. David was fantastic on the purchase of my home! David is detailed, timely and extremely knowledgeable about the market. He guided me through the process of purchasing and was always available to answer questions. He was able to negotiate the purchase price down even though there were other offers. He is best representation you can ask for! I highly recommend using David for your next real estate purchase or sale.
