Great doctor wonderful staff. Made me feel very comfortable. What a great experience for some thing that is not so much fun. Had two toenails removed. They treated my pain. Well made sure I was very numb. They were very kind and cleanliness was extremely good if anyone needs a podiatrist in this area, this is the place to go and this is the doctor to see.
Dr. Randall is an awesome patient-centered doctor. He is kind, always has a warm smile, and he listens to my concerns and questions, patiently. He explains things clearly, and makes sure that I understand any treatment plans I may need. His caring attitude adds to alleviate my stress about my ankle/foot issues. Thank you, Dr. Randall!!
I was Dr. Randall's first patient when he came to Alaska. I couldn't possibly have gotten any better foot doctor. He saved. my foot from being amputated and has been by my side throughout all my medical challenges. I will never change him for any other foot doctor. I am very grateful. I really appreciate the effort that his staff makes to make me feel welcome, comfortable and safe. Dr. Randall has been amazing! I have been under the care of a surgeon from Seattle for a total ankle replacement and unusual complications, so when I needed post-op and wound care closer to home, Dr. Randall graciously partnered with my surgeon to ensure I was getting what I needed. The woman who answered the phone to schedule an appointment was friendly and efficient; front desk folks and the nurse who did the check-in were cheery and competent; examination room was both comfortable and spotless; and Dr. Randall was splendid — knowledgeable, thoughtful, and likable.
