We are looking for a good doctor after leaving Dr. Lumsden’s practice due to concerns about the front office staff. Unfortunately, the secretary, Ashley, was often unprofessional and unaccommodating. Her behavior came across as overly controlling and dismissive toward patients, which made it difficult to feel comfortable or properly supported. We value a medical office that treats patients with respect, understanding, and professionalism. Suhail and Jamila
1st appointment was fine. Dr was great. All the other reviews here of his speedy diagnosis etc are accurate. Took and xray right there in the office...He then ordered an MRI. On the day of the 2nd appointment to review said MRI (2 weeks later-today).. there was a bad accident on 95..all traffic was a mess. I Called 50 min early to let them know I would be late..(its only 15 minutes away)...and was told there is a $25 fee and they would not see me if i was late.
