David Himelman represented the seller of a property that I purchased last month. The first half of the transaction went smooth and David seemed like a nice, reasonable person to work with, however, as the transaction continued and we approached closing, I received multiple irate calls from David, yelling at me, insulting me, and even threatening me, all for sending a follow up email once I was ready to close on my side of the transaction.
