If I could give less than one star, I would!! Greenspan was nice during my first visit, but as soon as "David" heard I could not afford his full care package, he FLUNG it on his desk and didn't explain the rest of the handouts in the packet. He was visibly upset. He proceeded to give me an adjustment but was abrupt with me when I made comments. Afterward, I expressed my feelings and pointed out that I felt hurt by the way he treated me. I was a passenger in a serious automobile accident in late April. Seeking non surgical treatment, I elected to see Dr. David Greenspan who put together a treatment plan for my situation. Dr. David advised me on diet, exercise, and of course office visits using multiple alignment techniques. Dr. David and his assistants Drew and Karl absolutely are the best. I was told by Dr. David Greenspan that he was in the humana Medicare network. I was told this directly by him on the telephone. He misinformed me. He also did not tell me what the cost would be up front For an office visit and evaluation. He spent 15 minutes with me and then proceeded to give me a bill for $317.00. I did not receive a chiropractic treatment. And yet I was still charged $317.00. I informed his office manager Karl, that I did not want to be a patient and requested a full refund. Waste of Time and Money I've been going to chiropractors for over forty years with excellent results. Dr. Greenspan insisted he do X-rays and a foot pronation test...the kind you get for free at Happy Feet, then refused to give me an adjustment. I had copies of my x-rays I could have easily provided. The difference between Greenspan and the other Doctors I've seen is the other chiropractors sincerely wanted me to leave their office feeling better than when I arrived. Lesley
I was introduced to the Greenspan family about 25 years ago and have had many adjustments from Dr. Murray, Dr. Kevin and Dr. David. When Dr. David opened his office in Asheville I started seeing him once a month. Dr. David has taken great care of keeping my back in line and putting a smile on my face. His office is very professional and Deana does a great job scheduling and working with his patients. I am blessed to be one!
