100% the worst attorney I can imagine. He takes your money and then does whatever the hell he wants. I searched for my grandson for 5 years after his Dad ( my son) passed and finally found him in Virginia. Contacted Mr Bice who reassured me I had grandparents rights to visitation. I live on Long Island and made him aware that even if it meant that I couldn’t cross state lines with him that I would spend as much time in Virginia as visitation would allow me.
