Please read this in it's entirety. I bought a car from this guy a while back. Check engine light was on and was told it was an "EVAP sensor." The car started acting up. Dim lights on acceleration, windows and locks not working, stalled out a couple times, etc. He charged me $180 to put "fuses" in my car that did absolutely nothing to fix it.
