Andrea was excellent cleaning my teeth.
David and Associate's is not a business to trust or have any work done. I cringe in anger and pain even having to watch their commercials daily here in Jacksonville. Everything they say in a commercial is totally opposite on your visit. They cannot handle a complicated procedure. They were not able to handle placing in bone on 30 after a tooth was extracted and bone of the jaw needed to be replaced. Absolutley phenomenal! I had both arches done 3 weeks ago.I am a healthcare professional with 36 years of exp. working closely with doctors and nurses. I am so disappointed with David & Assc. My last few visits have been less than satisfactory. I understand there are no perfect dentist ofc, however, they should at least try to value their customer's time and money. A few times Ive waited over an 1 1/2-hours past my scheduled appt just to be rescheduled 2-days later, just to be told the samething before, that the crown they put in 3yrs ago(that also had to be re-cemented 3 or 4 times in between) now needs an inplant. This place is a complete disgrace, with Dr. Gaeter being uncompassionate and completely not following through with his treatment plan. I went to many other dentists, they said I needed bone grafting for implants. Dr. Gaeter said no way, I had enough bone density. Well, one year after my implants were placed they both fell out. I had full mouth implants put in about three years ago I was eating an apple and bit a seed and broke 4 teeth off my bottom rail I called and they got me in on wed. took out broken rail and repaired it in24 hours could not have gotten better service thank you David and associates
In January of 2019, I had all of my teeth pulled, and had implants and full dentures inserted at the cost of $33,000. David and Associates contracted to do the work and maintain the dentures providing that any warranty would be void if anyone else did any work to the teeth. After locking me into a position that requires that only they can provide dental services, they have routinely failed to keep all but one of my appointments, calling days before the appointment date to cancel and reschedule. I would like to send a shout out to Paulina her professionalism her perfection and her personality help me feel comfortable through the whole process I cannot say enough about her. We moved here in the military and my teenage daughter was referred off NAS Jax to get dental work for an implant. We took her to David and Assoc. and they measured everything and had a couple of appointments before the implant procedure. On the day of the implant appointment, they sent my wife to get medication from a local pharmacy so my daughter would have them for after the surgery at home.
