Ashcom paid attention to details when installing new ductwork along with a new heat pump system. They installed the system as soon as the new components (since I had no AC) were available and stayed on the work site until everything was completed to their high standard. Their service is highly recommended.
I was very delighted with the service . Michael was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He he got the system working again, better than ever before.
One of my AC units stopped working yesterday afternoon, so after looking at some reviews online I found David Ashcom. They offered to come out right away but with it being frozen over, i chose to wait until today. Noah Davis came out and spent 7 hours fixing it (even running to the shop to get a new part) and even fixing my other unit that was not working well either. When problems occur with my older (28 yr) HVAC units … who do I call … the crew at David Ashcom Heating and Cooling! It is individually owned (David Ashcom) 🇺🇸 company. A small tight outfit who are quick to respond, professional, courteous and trustworthy 👍👍. Called them on 6/9/25 at 1330 (1:30 PM) and was pleasantly surprised … Michael was at my door by 1730 (5:30) 👍👍. Easy to get a hold of, prompt, communicative, and efficient. We got a call back quickly after we left a message, and a tech arrived under two hours later. Our tech, Austin, quickly diagnosed and resolved our immediate problem and made some very reasonable recommendations for additional maintenance -- without putting on any pressure.
