Austin did a great job installing our new HVAC unit. The Ashcom team was on time, worked professionally, and explained everything in detail once the new system was installed. I highly recommend David Ashcom for HVAC work.
Austin did a great job, arrived promptly, was friendly, but very professional and finished our relatively small job expertly. Overall, a terrific job and I would definitely hire them again!
My family had an emergency where we lost heat in early December of 2025. I believe the young man that came out was named TJ. He showed up around 12:45 a.m. in frigid temperatures and spent a little over two hours servicing our furnace and making sure our pilot was lit and our house was heating before he left. Michael at David Ashcom was the technician who fixed my furnace and thermostat yesterday. He was awesome! Not only did he quickly diagnose the reason why my furnace stopped working, he explained the reasons why and was able to replace my thermostat. He also explained features on my thermostat that I never knew about, and subsequently may have preventive my compressor from freezing up this winter in bad weather!
