Dr Anjelly has been my gastroenterologist for about five years now and he is very thorough, caring, kind, and responsive. He really cares about his patients and is willing to work with insurance to make sure they can get the right treatments. I have also had a few colonoscopies with him and have never had any issues. He is a great doctor :)
Inconsistent and cocky No bedside manner and not interested in the patients well being If and when he ever gets investigated by the those responsible for giving a license to practice one would rejoice. If he lost his. In other words wording Go elsewhere
Dr. Anjelly performed my Endoscopy & Colonoscopy in December 2025 at the Santa Cruz Surgery Center in Santa Cruz and did a great job. I followed the doctors pre-op instructions and everything was painless and went great with both the actual surgery by Dr. Anjelly and the Santa Cruz Surgery Center staff. I highly recommend Dr. David Anjelly for all your gastrointestinal problems as he is a very kind, caring and knowledgeable doctor. He also has a very helpful, kind and great staff in a very busy office.
Dr Anjelly is an excellent gastroenterologist. He does not manage his office or hire the staff. If you live in Santa Cruz, you know how hard it can be to do so. Have some patience, book with Dr Anjelly.
