Dr. Napoliello and his staff, Sarah and Ruth are fantastic. He really takes time to explain everything to you and answer any questions that you may have. Dr. Napoliello is extremely talented with his laparoscopic technique. I was feeling great, and able to return to my job as a physical therapist just 1 week post-op (no heavy lifting of course!!) Thank you so much Dr. Napoliello, Sarah, and Ruth for a great medical experience!!
Excellent doc great training and experience
Dr. Napoliello is caring and professional from preoperative visit through surgery and through postoperative visit. He takes the time to answer every question and concern. His staff, Sarah and Ruth are professional and warm. I highly recommend him!!
Dr. Napoliello does an excellent job of informing the patient and family of what the problem is and how he plans to repair it. Follow up was also complete with time for questions. I never felt hurried. I was most impressed with his minimally invasive and for me, minimal pain approach. He injected a local anesthetic into the operative site and ice was the only thing I needed for pain control. I had an in guitar hernia repair.
Dr. Napoliello is a Godsend! I have never met a doctor with more compassion for his patients. It's very rare to find someone who has been in the business for a long time and still has a passion for his work. He will go out of his way to make sure all your or your families questions are answered, he is very dedicated from beginning to end and he is honest. He doesn't dance around serious issues and will tell you exactly what the situation is but does it with concern and amazing bedside manner.
I wish all doctors would take a lesson from Dr. Napoliello! Our son had a huge hernia that became incarcerated, nearly costing him his life. Dr. Napoliello did a series of operations, that I have no doubt, saved his life! He spent 4 MONTHS in the hospital and Dr. Napoliello checked in on him EVERY DAY! Including Christmas Day and Easter! There aren't enough words to express our gratitude and if anyone I know needs a surgeon, I'm recommending Dr. Napoliello!!
Dr. Napoliello has a caring and professional bed side manner. He quickly scheduled me for surgery, approved an adequate hospital stay and assured all follow up care was to both our satisfaction. His staff is stellar. They promptly and courteously returned phone calls and coordinated all necessary step for a smooth and seamless operation. I strongly recommend Dr. Napoliello and his team.
Dr. Napoliello is a very compassionate and knowledgeable clinician. His clinical judgement and personal responsibility for his patients is impeccable as he diagnosed me based on physical exam only when I was afebrile and without a white count. He encouraged questions from myself and my family and answered them to our satisfaction.
