Excellent primary doctor! He listens and is very knowledgeable and solution oriented. I love that he doesn’t rush through my appointments allowing me to feel like a valued patient vs. just another person. I’ve referred several people to him and they all have had a similar experience. We need more doctors like this!
Very disappointing. My husband was scheduled 4 months prior to his appointment. We received notice 3 days before our appointment that Dr. Anderson would no longer be available and the next available appointment was 6 months out; to be seen by Dr. Anderson. It was important for my husband to be seen by an AA male physician. We understand the unexpected happens, but we’ll have to find an office/provider with better scheduling options- 6 months for the next appointment is ridiculous. Never answers the phone, impossible to get anything you need
Dr. Anderson is fantastic! He listens to his patients and he remembers prior visits so you know he cares!
I had to wait 6 months to get an appointment with this doctor as a referral from my PCP. Dr. Anderson was very pleasant during my 2 appointments. However, I had a horrible experience getting through to him after each appointment regarding the medication that he prescribed. His nurse, Muna, is very unresponsive and uncaring to his patients’ needs. In fact, she works counter to Dr. Anderson as it pertains to taking the appropriate measures to get insurance approvals and prior authorization for prescriptions. Perhaps she simply... read more
