Worst eye doctor office I think I’ve ever seen. Capitalizing on small town refusing to answer the phone and lying to customers. Expect to wait about double the time they tell you for your glasses. If not triple. When I went in for my apt I waiting for over an hr and a half to be seen and the whole time I was there they had people coming up to the counter to get their glasses because they didn’t get a phone call and it had been 6 weeks for multiple of these people. Great eye Dr
Dr Allgood is a great eye Dr..... That being said the staff there isn't so great ... When you call to check on an order they act like your inconveniencing them... It's there job!... Also I've waiting over 2 weeks on an order and having to talk to them.. there rude and like they're irritated having to talk to you when they actually answer the phone ..
