I recently had an encounter with Elizabeth Gall and the medical assistants, who were absolutely amazing. However, a PSR with a heavy accent addressed me in front of the entire waiting room and staff regarding my $40 copay and expired AMEX on file, which I felt was handled without discretion for my privacy. You can genuinely feel that this provider cares about his patients. I felt cared for in office, he has been very helpful to any of my requests and concerns, and he will see you in a timely manner.
The blonde lady with glasses at the front desk is pretty unprofessional. States they “have to collect copayments for every visit, it’s policy”. I have met my deductible this year already months ago, the last payment was refunded to my account when I made a copayment. Also, that is not true, people fill out financial application forms on the back of their bills in the mail which I have not had to do yet but either way that comment shouldn’t be made and discussed in a waiting room full of people it’s inappropriate. the doctor is very kind!! I made an appointment with him because I searched Google for a doctor and someone who speaks and understands Spanish and when I arrived at the appointment I found out that he didn't!! He is a very good doctor but sometimes it is difficult to be at an appointment and have someone on the phone translating, I think it was difficult for him and me!!! but he is a very good doctor but I would like them to have someone. in person to translate !!!
