My experience with Doctor Aaron David was absolutely terrible. My fiance was not on my Aetna medical plan yet and I informed the receptionist & doctor that we would pay cash or CC and they said that was fine. We went to the doctors office at 8:45 AM on 7/23/1998 and waited for over on hour. The doctor told her not to eat 12 hours prior for proper admission of blood tests. When the doctor finally saw us he refused to treat my wife claiming no insurance and told us to leave. We filed a case.
This is the absolute worst obgyn I have ever been to. The staff is so rude, so Un willing to help, and the doctors could care less about you, our your problem. I was treated as if I was a spec on the wall. I waited for 2 hours to be seen, and hardly was given any information. The office is disgusting, so unorganized. I would not recommend this office or the massapequa office to anyone ever.
Fantastic, caring, doctor. Spends time with patients, great bedside manor and never bills copays. He'd be eligible sainthood if he weren't a Jew :-) BUT, is his practice is akin to herding mice. No rhyme or reason to the patient calling protocol. 3-4 hour waits. He'll leave the office, drive 18 miles to Good Sam, do a C-Section and drive back within1 hour. He's the Anbu Ninja of ObGyn! Having said all this, if you need the very best, endure the wait time/office antics and see Dr. David.
Dr. David is an old school doctor who is extremely confident at what he does. Yes if you don't take care of yourself he will yell at you but he cares for you and your child more than the average Doctor. You can call him anytime if you have a problem and is truly committed to be there for you anytime. Sometimes I had to wait a little while for him but it's all worth it. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to be a person and not just a number!
Swore he would support my wishes for labor and delivery and at 38 weeks he not only tried to scare me into surgery- he insulted me repeatedly and abandoned me when I refused. He's untrustworthy! Makes you wonder if he is really a good surgeon or just rated that way bc he did so many due to the fact his patients are too afraid to stand up for what they want! So disrespectful and unprofessional. Plus his staff failed to get my records I requested over a month prior...
Unprofessional staff, atrocious wait times & Dr. David is very rude.
