My momma said to trust the The Taylor family. David A. Taylor and family has been taking care of my family's A/C systems since I literally was a baby. My current system is on it's 9th year and still going strong. I highly recommend buying the 10 year service agreement if/when it's time to buy a new A/C system so you don't have to worry if something expensive goes out like the compressor, or even something like a capacitor that wears out over time. Got home to an 89 degree house immediately called this dude. He answered and immediately started helping me troubleshoot the issue. (It was a tripped breaker) He knew a possible reason for the tripped breaker and instructed how to go about confirming it. Upon fixing the issue myself he then instructed me to go ahead and write a work order and bill myself for services rendered. I paid myself handsomely. They were able to send a technician out same day and help us resolve a blockage in our AC drain line that was causing our sinks to back up! Would definitely recommend if you are in need of quicker services!
