The audacity of you to place your sign on my property without my permission and after actually charging me for your “service call” Shame on you. I actually paid you for a “sales call” as you were unwilling to search for the leak and were unwilling to get me up and running. Amazing service & super fast! Our HVAC went out in July and we could not get anyone out but Mr. Taylor sent someone out and we had air by 8pm!! Thank you ~ Krista
We scheduled routine maintenance on an 3-year-old system. Our tech, Jared showed up on time, was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also let us know what to look for in the future, and made a small improvement in the system. We’ll call David Taylor Air again.
I had a problem with my older AC unit not putting out heat. I called David Taylor Air and they sent out Jarod. He explained what was going on, parts needed etc. I eventually received a call from David Taylor himself who spent about 45 minutes on the phone with me discussing all my options including a new unit.
