What a wonderful experience! From the start, Kristen and Michelle were terrific, communicative and accommodating. Then came Jared, a warm, personable, and knowledgeable tech, very thorough, respectful and clean. Installation prep, Jacory came to measure and drop off equipment, again, respectful, clean and thorough. My HVAC system failed suddenly on one of the hottest nights of the year. Mr. Taylor sent his technician Jared out immediately, even though it was after 6pm. Jared was very professional and explained everything as he worked, and had my system back up and running within an hour!
Personable, quick, efficient. I highly recommend David Taylor Air!
My AC went out in the middle of the night. At 4am I called David Taylor AC planning on leaving a message - instead, David Taylor himself answered the phone!!!! By 8am he let me know that the service guy was picking up the parts and by 11am my AC was working! Now THIS is customer service at its finest!! This company is located in Jacksonville, but they service Palm Coast!! Grateful!
