I had a brain aneurysm that was discovered during a scan for another issue. My neurologist continued to delay surgery as the aneurysm continued to grow. I was scared and my general well-being and health was declining. I was finally referred to Dr Siker. He immediately got me into his office diagnosed my problem and had a resolution. The surgery was scheduled, and a pipeline inserted. He is professional and caring, giving me realist projections of outcomes, with follow up and after care I have never experienced. I continue to... read more
I'd been taken to Portland by ambulance after an MRI revealed a burst aneurysm. A nurse friend gave me two questions to ask the surgeon when I got to the hospital. Dr. Siker walked in and answered those two questions before he even introduced himself or before I had a chance to ask them. He has been doing this for 20-plus years and he's done thousands of them. I was in excellent hands and have had zero post-surgery issues. In fact, I climbed the Watchman in ZionNP 42 days after surgery!
The best I have ever met. Kept me informed. Of everything when my husband has an aneurysm on his frontal lobe. He had less then a five percent survival rate. That was fifteen years ago. He's still doing well today. I can't thank Dr Siker enough
Can't say enough good about Siker Imaging. Like Debbie below, I was worked in that evening for a neck radiculopathy that came on suddenly. Results of the MRI the next day, very well done report and nicely labeled (I only wish there were less things to report on!). Very professional staff. I highly recommend them. Tom Palmer
Nice staff, good service, cool pictures! – I had to come here to get an MRI because my doctor told me the MRI I had done in an open scanner didn't clearly show anything. I was not looking forward to another scan, however Siker Imaging turned out to be very accommodating, the front office staff seemed to be well organized and run, and the techs were very informative which helped me to relax. The scan took less time than the first one and at my follow up 3 days later, my doctor already had a report and pictures to show me what... read more
Long wait ! – Front office staff not well organized. They told me to come at 9am for a 10am appointment, only to have me fill out 5 minutes of paperwork and then wait until 10:15 am to get called. Ask the staff to mail or fax your paperwork prior to your appt and just bring it with you. Techs and nurses were informative and nice. Overall I think they need to have a smoother running office and consider the value of their patients time.
