Avoid. This office optimizes what most people think of chiropractors—snake oil salesman. They totally played me with a bait and switch. I told them on the phone that I had Humana. I told the insurance expert when I was in the office that I had Humana. Still, they sat me down in an exam room and a third person came in to tell me that Humana wasn’t in their network. They wouldn’t treat me unless I gave them $160. Walked out. If this is how they do business I don’t want to see how they practice chiropractic.
Dr. Sheitelman and his staff are top notch. Growing up with a chiropractor dad I was a little nervous about my first time using another doctor. Dr. Sheitelman was thorough, and took the time to go over treatment options for me. He was warm and friendly with a terrific bedside manner. His staff are always receptive. I also appreciate their flexibily for scheduling and getting an appointment right away.
Come in for the spinal adjustments and stay for the massage therapy! Don't suffer needless back and neck pain.
