This is the best doctor you could ever want for a shoulder surgery! I have recommended him to several people and we ALL have had great success with our surgeries and quick recoveries!! Another cousin of mine will be seeing him soon for a torn bicep tendon, exactly what I had surgery (biceps tenodesison) on a few years ago. I am extremely confident in the skills of this doctor. I was sent to have Ultra Sound done on my shoulder for some issues at 9 AM by Dr Rust. Later that day at 6:45 PM he gave me a call to review what he found. It usually takes a few days or even a week before I've had that type of response in the past from other medical professionals. Impressed doesn't cover it. Highly recommend him for orthopedic needs.
