My family has been coming to Dr Palmore since he was located downtown across from the Community Hospital. It's a shame his office is now a training combat facility. When do I start, we'll sitting in the lobby now appt 3:30pm, it 4pm now. Staff sucks period, billing sucks period, I hate to say it but I'll be changing doctors. This "CLINIC" is a joke. IMHO, I feel like Dr. Palmore is more of a CONTRACTOR of "physicians," than a PRIMARY care physician. His office staff think they are "ALL THAT", but they are far from it. Especially the Asian receptionist (?). Not that I like picking on the disabled or disfigured, but come on. You, as a "Doctor", can't you at least get some kind of discount to fix her up??
