This man—I cannot call him a doctor—not only missed a serious condition, he was abusive verbally and rough, bordering on abusive, physically. I walked out of his examining room and months later, when I was clearly no longer his patient, he told my insurance company that I did not need to go to the Mayo Clinic for continued pain, that any ENT would be fine. I went to Mayo anyway and they found the problem immediately, a compression in the brain causing severe facial pain. A good ENT would have identified it, and sent me to Ma... read more
