I lost my job due to Mazin’s refusal to update my employment information, despite being under his care the entire time! I do not recommend!

Davis Mazin was very unprofessional. Not a friendly doctor, didn't even go over my MRI. My appointment was 7mins in and out. Awful
Had been told to see Dr. Mazin after one surgeon could not help with a torn rotator cuff as I cannot have MRI imagery. Dr. Mazin examined me and gave me a cortisone shot which provided my arm with 95% mobility and relieved about 85% of the pain. Unfortunately, after feeling so good, one week latet I lifted something heavy and felt a pop/ tear. I am now experiencing 100% of the pain that I was before the cortisone.
