If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m a resident of a property managed by David A. Klein Real Estate. I’ve worked directly with both David A. Klein and Megan Miller. Both of these people do an extremely poor job of managing the property. Many community issues arise on a regular basis that need to be addressed, issues that fall directly into their management responsibilities.
