I can give them negative 5 stars if there would be an option. Never seen irresponsible, unprofessionalism, and non working employees. Would say there are employees who replies to the HOA fees paying owner with very rudely and unprofessionally. I can guess very uneducated and very inexperienced employees who has take spot to take care of DavidA Klein firm. I was told to sell my house and go somewhere else because they could not address my issue and can't give my answer to my questions.

I moved to Bartera Manor in the fall of last year, 2021. From minute one I knew this was the place for me. The location has easy access to the PA TURNPIKE, route 22, and routes 78/309 and has a very walkable neighborhood. Working with Betty Klein, my leasing agent, has been one of the best business related experiences I’ve ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m a resident of a property managed by David A. Klein Real Estate. I’ve worked directly with both David A. Klein and Megan Miller. Both of these people do an extremely poor job of managing the property. Many community issues arise on a regular basis that need to be addressed, issues that fall directly into their management responsibilities.
