I had one of the most horrible experiences ever with aspirus as far as patient-doctor relationships go. In my opinion instead of helping me they were too worried about their Ego trip and/or their success, Instead of helping me as a patient with my medical needs, even though I took necessary steps and precautions to make sure my medical needs were met. Dr. Holz and his nurse were very informative and kind. They answered all my questions and helped me with a solution.

Holz seems like new how to do his job. Ronetta seemed effective with doing her job. The front end of the building is far from being effective. They called to reschedule appointment and I called back to reschedule. They told me no change on June 7 the same day they called me. Two weeks later they called me annoyed why didn't I called them back. I had to reschedule my appointment at a inconvenient time. The day I showed up the line was almost out the door.
