The staff at the front desk were friendly, polite and professional. Everyone seemed to be helpful and have a smile on their face. I was offered a water while I was waiting for my appointment. Dr. Hecht came in and asked me what was bothering me on my face and neck etc and then he did a quick work up, took photos and really made me feel comfortable with the whole process. Dr. Hecht is an off the charts amazing Plastic surgeon! Such talent and truly an artist! It’s been a month since I had my deviated septum and Rhinoplasty procedure done and I could cry every time I look in the mirror….because he is THAT GOOD! I was unhappy with some signs of aging such as chin sagging and lip lines. I knew I had to be looking older when people kept calling me 'ma'am'! I had the most fantastic experience at Dr. Hecht’s office. For starters the entire staff is so sweet, kind, uplifting, and all around amazing!! They make you feel not only welcome but comfortable and you can tell the energy in the office is fantastic. Feels like you’re a part of their family. Dr. Hecht performed cosmetic surgery on one of my ears and my brow, giving me a refreshed appearance that I am very much enjoying! I could not be happier with the results of his work. He is top notch. His office staff are also wonderful. I have had other cosmetic surgery performed by other surgeons and Dr. Hecht is by far the best.
I lost the end of my nose to a melenoma. Dr. Hecht did the forehead flap to reconstruct my nose. He made me feel so comfortable and I had great confidence in him. I asked many other top plastic surgeons to do the surgery and they all recommended Dr. Hectht. Thank you Dr. Hecht for a beautiful job and making me feel very comfortable with all aspects of my surgery.
Dr Hecht performed a rhinoplasty for me. During the consultation he showed me before and after photos and I must say the after photos do not even do it justice. It looks SO much better! The office staff is phenomenal, I always appreciate a well run office that communicates professionally. I highly recommend Dr Hecht and his team!
The experience with this office from beginning to end was very professional and pleasant. The entire team was great to work with and the results were excellent.
