Surgery for inguinal hernia went well. Office Staff and hospital staff were professional and kind. WVU wheeling hospital recovery room staff were very patient with me. The only problem was when who ever called my prescription into the pharmacy he did not relay my R/x bin number the VA gave him resulting in the hassle of reimbursement from the VA. Well done everybody!
Dr Gaphery is an amazing, kind and compassionate doctor. He actually takes care of his patients and follows up with you the way the medical field used to do. His office staff is wonderful and compassionate and makes sure all your questions get answered!
Looked at me as if I was delusional...I feel like he was unprofessional. I have had pain on my head for years and i have a hard spot in couple of places behind the top of my right head...anyone who known me felt the lumps and would say...I wouldn’t make this stuff up...hopefully I’ll get a better second opinion from someone else..had to miss work early to end up with dirty looks at me and thinking I was making stuff up...when it’s been noted in my file for three years about possible ‘cysts’ on my head that bring me pain now ... read more
I have been a patient of Dr. Ghaphery’s for almost ten years. He LISTENS to the patient and is compassionate. His staff at the Wheeling Hospital office are the best group of ladies you could have for support.
