He is very knowledgable about MS Dr.Gelber first visit made me feel confortable. He explanded things in a way that i could understand not in so much medical mambo jombo. I have been with him 29yrs now hes been there through the good days and the Really bad times. The Treatment he put me onhas kept me from alot of those bad days.
He is very knowledgeable.
Very attentive. Very knowledgeable. Caring and listens til you’re done
I was referred to Dr. Gilber for an EMG. It was so refreshing to meet a doctor who was very human and did not seem to have an enlarged ego! He answered all my questions, explained the procedure, and told me about the results and what to expect after the test. Very nice personality and I would definitely recommend Dr. Gilber.
Dr Gelber and I get along very well. He is respectful of me and my condition. He listens and learns along with me and this ever changing myasthenia. He treats me like a human being. Trust in each other is undeniable. He’s become part of my family.
This dr is the most caring neuro I have ever dealt with. In my 35 years seeing a neuro for myasthenia gravis he’s tops ! He listens , doesn’t cut you off. He thinks, and puts in extra effort to try to give you the life back that’s been taken from you by nasty form of MD.

Upon my 2nd visit ( my primary health Dr. transferred care due to abnormal scan), I felt very unheard and discouraged upon leaving office. His last words at the door “ You look good” to which I commented “I don’t feel good!” In sickness, looks can be d... read more
Super Dr. Not afraid to treat aggressively. Helped a lot towards a full life with multiple treatments.
Very poor clinician. I too had a spinal tap that he never sent fluid to be tested. He is very condescending and tries to lead you to the answer he wants when assessing. Made me feel like I wasn’t important and my problem was “no dig deal”. Very poor communication when trying to contact the office to be seen, will be contacted by his nurse the next day and be prescribed a pill instead of being allowed to have a face to face appt. Definitely would not recommend!
