Do not go to this man! I paid him 1200 up front. And he did absolutely nothing he's horrible at returning calls, he's been working on my case for 3 years and still hasn't did anything just lazy take your money some where else...
David is an excellent attorney. I worked with him (and against him) for many years and found him to fully represent his clients each and every time.
In my opinion on a scale from 1-10. I give David A. Fowler a minus 1. He took $2,000.00 from a person I know, and was friends with the attorney he went up against. Did NOTHING to help his client. As bad as I hate his actions, I will pray for him because to do that he's got to be running with the devil. Only evil has those actions.
This man was paid very well to represent someone in a custody case and did absolutely nothing. Him and the other lawyer are friends and made deals without his clients approval or even telling them. I would not recommend him to anyone if you want to throw your money away I will take it!!!
