Reception desk failed to properly communicate and call me back as promised. Reception desk was also incapable of understanding that I had Aetna insurance. They told me I would get a call back "After they could wrap their head around what Aetna was". I even called my insurance company for a half hour to ensure I wasn't missing any steps. I think the only step I missed was picking the wrong doctor's office to call.
Excellent eye care, professional, considerate and truly concerned about his patients overall health and well-being.
Very good eye dr. My vision could be a little sharper, but he didn't push glasses on me. He said it was my choice... As my eyes aren't that bad. I also use cheaters and again... He didn't try to make money on me. He's very personable and definitely better than those chain stores. I already have an appt for next year and made one for my husband!!!
