Dr. Bernstein is truly world class in his field.
Dr. Bernstein fixed my deviated septum about 4 years ago. I was/am VERY happy with the results and found him friendly and pleasant. When I needed an ENT again I returned to him and he was again friendly, answered my questions, was informative & addressed all issues and options for each. He was recommended to me by another physician and I have been very happy with him and treatment. I would no doubt recommend him to others.
I visited Dr. Bernstein several times regarding my sinus surgery and after spending time and money going back and forth ; we schedule a date for surgery . he called me one day and dismissed me from his service without any reason ! he goes you should go find another Dr! I have never experienced anything like that before . I'm so disappointed and still suffering from my sinus infection . as you know it takes time to find another dr. and make an appointment .
Horrible. Did not exam me at all - only reviewed CT scan. 2 appointments - total of 4 minutes time spent.

He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to create a workable, individualized asthma plan. He is very thorough in his approach. Moreover, the waits are never long and his office staff is very warm. Also, I appreciate that his staff calls to see how my son is doing when he is battling asthma issues. In other words, the follow up is very good. If I call with questions he and his staff are very responsive and never seem rushed. They seem like they really care which is rare these days.
