They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They always try to get me in as soon as possible Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Sometimes, but most of the time they don't
