Came in for a consultation. Minimum wait time.Calm environment.Very nice,informative,and friendly staff.Dr.Diamond was patient,caring,knowledgeable and helped me to feel confident in whatever treatment I decided to choose.
Dr. Diamond was very kind, informative, & clear in his assessment of what's going on with me. He even made a personal phone call to my primary physician to fill her in with the procedures I would be going through. Wow! I did leave 2 messages, 2 days in a row, with no callback but then reached them on the 3rd day I tried & got an appointment right away. His nurse, Val, is amazing. Also, very informative & very clear with instructions & even gave me her personal cell phone #.
I had a very positive experience with Dr Diamond and his staff. Nurse Val House was especially helpful in the planning and managing any aftercare needs. Both of them actually gave me their personal cell phone numbers in case of emergency. After one week, I had a special situation happen which required some immediate consultation. Even though he was out of town, Val and Dr Diamond were able to provide me with the information I needed. * They have the newest equipment available!!!
I felt so blessed to have met Doctor Diamond and his team, they were very positive, professional and humane. Thanks to the quality of their care, my seven week treatment finished sooner than expected. Dr. Diamond has a big heart: he advises, listens, smiles; he is the most amazing doctor a patient can ask for, everything a good doctor would be. I thank God for being his patient.
