He was on call for dr Pinney. I had an mri at a hospital this evening that was not in his network. My neurologist called me at 9:45 pm to tell me the radiologist found a severe sinus infection and needed to have an antibiotic right away. He told me to call my primary dr because prescribing antibiotics was out of his realm. Dr de Ramos was rude, combative and said he couldn’t help me because he had no evidence I had a sinus infection.
