Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? They were explained, but not thoroughly Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. For a family doctor, they are rather cold and unfriendly. I would prefer it if they weren't so distant and impersonal.

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

No, my decisions were always respected Are you going to visit this provider again? If I need to, I'll return Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time
