I took my friend for a surgery with him. While to surgery center was very pleasant experience, the doctor spend 10 seconds checking if the correct ear was marked. No “good morning” to my friend, no reassuring words about the upcoming procedure. He did not acknowledge me sitting next to her area, no discussion about the procedure before or after care.
