Scheduler is not fluent enough in English to understand what my wife was trying to communicate. Quite frustrating to have people involved with your health care that cant even understand you properly....
My experience there was really good. The nurses were amazing and so was the doctor whose care i was under. The hospital was to capacity but your staff didn't miss a beat. They were all wonderful.
Worst hospital in my life. Nurse was supper nice but my doctor... Doctor Pham just another person in healthcare who doesn't care. She was not only rude but called for security when I disagree with her calmly stating my opinion. So 3 cops show up and quickly see I couldn't physically reach or do anything she said. I wanted her taken for false report. I was In room 10 er I encourage your higher ups to watch the camera and see what I'm talking about. I'd never go back and will refuse.
