Sorry you had a bad experience. I would suggest that you visit Dr. Briggs at his Williamsport location. I have never been anything but pleased. As always, Dr. Briggs is top of the line optometrist and his staff are always a pleasure to deal with.
Dr Briggs gives an incredible examination. He takes his time, is willing to listen to concerns. I would have given more stars if I did not have to include the staff, had one woman sit in the adjoining room barking out information to the girl helping me. She kept interrupting and the proceeded to come out and talk over my customer service person and then actually ended up taking over. The young lady who was helping me was doing fine and I felt bad for her as the other woman was so overbearing.
Dr. Briggs was very knowledgeable and utilized prescriptions and techniques that were ahead of the competition in the area. He and his staff were very proactive in maintaining customer satisfaction and overall it was a great experience. If I was still in the area I would highly recommend using his services. On a side note, if you are looking for services in the Williamsport area, there is another location there that Dr. Briggs provides his services.
Dr Briggs was great, took his time, gave a complete exam and was very informative. Dr Briggs gets 5 stars, the staff was not as friendly and not eager to help so gave them less than 5 stars.
