Not only did everything go very smoothly with the sale, David consistently went above and beyond what I expected in supporting our move. He was on top of every aspect of the sale through the final closing. And, he always immediately addressed any questions I had.
David helped make my dream of relocating to Florida a reality! He provided frequent updates on market trends and neighborhoods to consider, along with being honest regarding costs, rates, etc. Each time I was able to come to the area, he maximized our time viewing houses and quickly answered any questions. David facilitated a smooth closing process for our new home without issues/delays. Grateful to David Barnes for his knowledge, patience, and guidance throughout the home buying process!
