Another amazing experience at D'avico's. I stopped in without an appointment for an inspection sticker reissue and Ashley had me in and out ineas than 15 minutes. Oh, I was also offered fresh brewed coffee and donuts while I waited!
D'avicos arranged to tow my car in because of a dead battery and a new battery cable. I got it back with a huge crack in the windshield, they denied causing it. Would never go back to them, how would you feel?
I have been to many auto-shops and dealerships in my life and this family owned business has the best customer service by a longshot. They are very serious about providing a great service and bringing customers back time and again. I live in Berwyn, was able to drop my car off, get a ride back to my house so I could work for the day, then they dropped my car off when the work was done. It doesn't get any better than that. Be very careful here. After over 40 yrs and approx $300,000 in vehicle maintenance and repair we closed our account.
It's so nice to have a mechanic that knows me and my car. They are honest, flexible and offer amazing customer service. I definitely recommend taking your car there the next time you need service.
Excellent service and very personable. Always greeted with a smile and they follow-up too. Don't have time to wait- they offer pick and drop off!
