Attorney Daviau recently prepared an estate planning package for my family taking complicated subject matter and breaking it down in simple terms for us. He was polite, professional and gracious. In addition, he prepared the documentation during the holiday season and came in to the office between his son’s soccer games in order to obtain our signatures and complete the filings. Impeccably professional and still friendly and personal is hard for anyone but for an attorney....Mr. Daviau has been a steadfast presence for my family through some of the hardest times there are and telling everyone how awesome he is and how high a seat he sits with me is a small measure of the light he has been in the darkest of dark places.
Agreed to help us with our Estate Planning and had a few calls where he promised to get the work done but never proactively followed up and then ghosted us.
