To be honest they didn’t disclose the fact that our apartment had a severe termite infestation when we first moved in which ended up giving me a chronic cough by the time we ended the lease. My friend and I were college students in 2020 when the pandemic started and when it was time for us to leave, Davi Properties kept $175 from our security deposit for “covid cleaning”. I've known Michael since we were kids playing youth sports together. He's a local kid like me with a long family history on the Monterey Peninsula. He recently helped me purchase my first home, and I have to say the whole process was extremely smooth from start to finish. Lots of people warned me in how difficult the home buying process would be, especially for first timers, but I did not find that to be the case here. Everything was much easier than anticipated and that's all thanks to Michael and his team.
