Be careful when getting a pedicure the other day I saw a older nail tech named Tina and she was doing a pedicure on an African American male client. She was hurting him digging his ingrown nails on the big toe making him bleed badly. I was worried about him getting a infection from her he was in the chair more than 2 hours pedicures are supposed to be relaxing not painful.
i love the lady who did my nails but i don’t like the way they look and the ppl were rushing. just never again.
I normally have an ok experience here but today I went and the older lady did my pedicure.. she cut and filed my toes nails way too short and it actually was hurting me. After calling her out a couple of times she finally let up. I am the type that really cares how my feet look but after today not only are my toes sore but my toenail shape is horrendous.
Two hours for a pedicure?! Only for it to look like a first grader painted them. I requested a fill in and a pedicure, the pedicure looks TERRIBLE and she dug into the side of my nail to the point I was bleeding. Then I get told I can’t get my fill in and I’d have to wait 45 mins because I “didn’t request a fill in”. I pointed to my name on the sign in sheet where I specifically wrote pedi & fill in, and she said “oh, well you still have to wait” Then to be charged $60 for this?! I have never gotten a “professional” pedicure... read more
