Poor services. They just want to charge you extra. Language barrier is another problem.
I'm a man and just got the manicure to cut nails down. Normally I wouldn't complain but the lady who treated me seemed like she was in a hurry and was aggressive. Then, during the process she stopped for 10 mins and started another person. Mental clock was ticking in my head before I was set to get up and walk out and only pay for 1/2 the service. She started back on me and once again rushed. Don't waste your time stopping here. The ladies seemed to be arguing amongst themselves while each one had a customer they were attend... read more
Came in to get an eyebrow wax for 10 bucks...I see a charge on my card for $98! They will NOT answer the phone, I've had to drive 30 minutes to get there to dispute, now I am waiting for them to get whatever they're saying together to correct the charge. I should have the FULL amount refunded...to compensate for their error, my driving distance, my time. My time, gas and travel is a freaking service!!!
