I went in for dip (these are my REAL nails) and I go in and the guy was sweet but the lady was real rude. I told her to trim the nail A LITTLE BIT! she went so happy cutting with the nail clippers! Since she cut my ring finger the shortest .. she needed to cut ALL of them the same length! Then proceeded to tell me go sit in the wax chair while I waited for the man to go fix her errors! David gave me a great pedi today he took his time and I left very impressed by the job he did, I will forsure be back. I also had a mani by Cindy she also did a great job. Great place for mani or pedi. Thanks Cindy and David for a great mani and pedi.

I have never had my nails done here but just wanted to say I was in the HEB restroom and watched the lady use the restroom and leave without washing her hands. As I walked out she was headed right back into the salon... Maybe there is a sink she uses in the nail salon???

What a horrible job! This was my second visit to the store. The first time I got pedicures from the guy working there. He was really good, but the second time I got mani and pedi from the lady. She did everything so fast and horrible. I don’t have a pic of the manicure because it came out the next day.
