The gal was soft and sweet however didn’t do half of the normal pedicure hygiene. Requested short toe nails and spent 10 minutes frustrated because she still didn’t understand all while the 3 other male employees stood by watching me get more upset and her not understanding. All around this was a business failure and the worst experience. Now have to go somewhere else to actually get a pedicure. So upsetting
What a joke trying to enjoy a pedicure. And the owner is sleeping 2 chairs down from you snoring wow what a joke
I've always gone here for my poor nails and toes. They know exactly what I need without saying awhole lot... Except for today!! I don't know what was going on but I don't think I'll be going back. I felt rushed, I felt that the old lady was in some sort of pain or something.. She didn't seem to notice my pain when she used the filer (electric) and she caused more pain to my toes than needed and kept digging between my tiny toes! It hurt! It's anyone's guess how much they are going to charge. Sometimes I'm charged $25 and other times I'm charged $30 for a basic gel manicure. When I started going they bragged about the gel manicure only being $25 and for the quality, it was pretty much on parr. Being charged extra every other visit when my nails don't even look that great is wild. Several times I've had to go back in the next day to get spots fixed due to chipping.
