Normally my experience with this nail shop is a good. This visit, not so much. I made an appointment to get a fill-in and pedicure with a specific nail tech. Got there and she wasn't even there so the guy started my pedicure. When she showed up I was finishing up my pedicure. Another customer walked in right behind her and sat right down in her chair. I love this nail place! The staff are always friendly and make sure your happy B4 you leave,I highly recommend them!
Me and my 3 sisters went here to get our nails done, this is my first set in a few years so when the nails were first done I didn't notice an issue. Once I stepped out of the shop I immediately noticed the acrylic was not laid right, and is too thin at the base. I asked them to fix my nails and they said they would do it for free, when I told him 5:30pm yesterdayhe agreed, and i had already left work early for it, but apparently he thought i said tomorrow, so he had sent his nail techs to a party, even though i clearly said ... read more
first i got my nails done and they were chunky. it’s not even been a full 2 weeks ive had 2 nails pop off and mind you this is a fresh set. and 3 of my other nails feel like they are ready to pop off already. i will never go here again do not recommend.
