I was first seated and then had to wait at least 15 minutes or 10 for her to come to at least clip down my nails and then she proceeded to go help out other customers and then came back to glue on the acrylics then went back to help out other customers and I sat there for at least 20 minutes waiting for her to come back to clip them down then she said it that was too long but obviously asked for short and she said that would cost extra and I told her absolutely not do it the way I said on the phone then she got up and went a... read more
