The staff is bilingual, making it easier for non-English speakers to communicate their preferences. I love the relaxing music they play in the background. It helps me relax during the appointment.

Staff take the time to instruct customers on how to properly care for their nails. It is very helpful for maintaining healthy nails between appointments. My nails have never looked this good before.

The salon has a relaxing massage chair for pedicures. It adds an element of comfort to the experience. The nail technicians were very attentive and listened to my preferences. They always accommodate my needs

I made an appointment for 11. Arrived a few minutes early and Alex said it would be a bit. Evidently he took a walk-in right before I got there. I left after waiting 40 minutes. Alex does good work but he was the one to say 11, so he should have had consideration for my time.
