After getting pedicures here for years, I had such a bad experience months ago that it still bothers me. First the tech (owner) told me the water was "not too hot" for me, even though it definitely was. She was annoyed at having to cool it off. Then she proceeded to dig around my big toenail aggressively and she dismissed my complaints about it hurting, just laughed it off. I will never go to or recommend this place again. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I’m only giving 4 stars for the amazing customer service. The actual service was ok, nothing amazing. The people are nice. if you’re at Walmart and need a quick service, it’s worth it for convenience only. I most likely will never come back.
I have been going here for years and have NEVER had a problem. When I moved out of Saline I tried other places closer to where I live. No one could compare to the service and quality. The owners are wonderful people. I always get compliments on my nails and are asked where I get them done.
Worst manicure I’ve had in my life hands down. The owner did my nails and he was very sloppy. The manicure lasted all of 10 minutes after waiting an hour. He hurt my cuticles as he was roughly using the electric acrylic nail buffer on them because he was too lazy to soak my nails and push back the cuticles. Then roughly used the cuticle clipper and left pieces sticking up. Very unprofessional and sloppy.
